Journal #2

In the Current pages of the book (pg 56-112), Christopher has been hanging out with Ms.Alexandra a lot more, thinking of her less as a stranger. Then Chris and Ms.Alexandra took a walk in the park and exchanged information. Chris learnt His mother was having an affair with Mr.Shears and left his father for him. Christoper wrote his encountered conversation with Ms.Alexandra in his book and when he arrived home, it was left on the table because Christopher was too interested in his Blue Planet video. His father came home and read the book as he saw laying on the table and become furious. His father grabbed a hold of Christopher with a tight grip and Christopher was taken by surprise but retaliated to his action twice with punches. His father at the next day while Christopher was at school had hidden his book in a different location and Christopher decided to investigate. Searching his father's room he found his book in his closet in his shirt box, along with unopened envelopes addressed to Christoper, his father returned home from work. When his father calls his name, he doesn't answer: Christopher doesn't want him to know he's in his room. Instead takes the envelope into his room and hides it under the mattress before heading downstairs. His father makes him dinner and they're very nice to each other while they eat. Then Christopher goes back to his room, shuts the door, and takes out the envelope and begins to read it.
